SEASON AT A GLANCE: The senior right-hander is 3-0 with a 0.53 earned-run average. After being Crespi’s No. 4 pitcher last season, Kofmehl is throwing more strikes and demonstrating control of three pitches--a fastball, curveball and slider.
WEEK AT A GLANCE: Kofmehl had a streak of nine consecutive no-hit innings against Notre Dame. He threw 2 2/3 innings of no-hit relief in a 4-2 victory Tuesday. He had a no-hitter for 6 1/3 innings Friday, retiring the first 17 batters and finishing with a two-hitter and 10 strikeouts in a 5-0 victory.

YEAR: Sophomore
SPORT: Softball
SEASON AT A GLANCE: The hard-hitting third baseman has 19 hits in 14 games and has become the cornerstone of the Scorpions’ offense. “She’s on fire,” Coach Miki Mangan said. “She’s just been unbelievable.”
WEEK AT A GLANCE: In four victories, Boskovich went eight for 14 with three runs batted in, raising her batting average 74 points to .388. After going three for seven in two Pacific View League games against Oxnard, Boskovich went three for three against San Diego Scripps and had two hits against Garden Grove Pacifica in the Fountain Valley tournament.
