The City Council has approved a request from the Capistrano Unified School District to reduce water acreage fees at the future Marblehead Elementary School.
The district asked the city not to charge fees for the school’s parking lot and hard-court areas, since those facilities are shared with other users.
The fees will be reduced from $84,241 to $64,816 a year.
