Canoga Perkins Reports Acquisition of Ellipsys

Canoga Perkins in Chatsworth said it has acquired Ellipsys Technologies Inc. The company will continue to operate from its Santa Cruz location as Ellipsys Technologies, a division of Canoga Perkins, and will continue to market test and measurement products for the communications industry. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Canoga Perkins designs, manufactures and markets fiber optic modems and multiplexers, local area network products, videoconferencing products and test equipment.
