Leisure World residents Friday can discuss bylaws of the Golden Rain Foundation.
The Residents Reform Committee, a grass-roots organization, will have a monthly meeting that begins at 9:30 a.m. in Clubhouse Three, Dining Room One.
They also will discuss the Gate 12 project, a proposed multimillion-dollar, multipurpose facility.
