The Newport Beach provider of retail automation products and services posted net income of $153,000, or 2 cents a share, for the fourth quarter, contrasted with a loss of $949,000, or 15 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue rose 7% to $9.2 million. For the year, the company lost $441,000, or 6 cents a share, compared with a 1998 net loss of $2.2 million, or 38 cents a share. The results for 1999 include a one-time gain of $1.2 million from the sale of a division. Revenue increased 14% to a record $36.7 million.
