The public is invited to celebrate the winners of the 69th Assembly District Community Service Awards from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Rancho Santiago Community College District Building, 2323 N. Broadway. This year’s event, sponsored by Assemblyman Lou Correa (D-Anaheim), will honor Pat Halberstadt, Rueben Martinez, Sister Eileen McNerny, Father Will Davis, Bernadette Medrano and Judith Magsaysay.
