Bookmarks designed by the city’s youth are available at the Stanton branch of the Orange County Public Library. Jamiela Kokash, Cynthia McDonald, Quynh Nguyen and Teresa Nguyen won a citywide contest for their age groups that took place earlier this year. The theme for the contest was “Once Upon a Millennium . . . “
