Dolan Named MAI Systems’ Finance Chief

MAI Systems Corp. named James W. Dolan chief financial officer of the Irvine company, which provides information systems products and services. Dolan succeeds chief executive W. Brian Kretzmer, who held both titles. Kretzmer will remain CEO. Dolan has been vice president of finance for MAI since September. Before that, he was a senior manager at KPMG. He served as KPMG’s senior audit manager to MAI from 1994 through 1997.
