The city is getting ready to take possession of nearly two acres of land where the Intergenerational Community and Senior Center will be built.
Staff is recommending that the City Council adopt a resolution today that will give the city manager authority to accept deeds for the land when the county turns them over in early May.
The 1.8-acre parcel is on the southeast corner of La Miranda and El Paseo, near the Town Center shopping complex.
