The Regional Library, 11200 Stanford Ave., is hosting a free performance by harpist Ruth Smith on Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Smith will play selections from musicals, including “The Phantom of the Opera,” “The Sound of Music,” and “South Pacific.” Refreshments will be sold during intermission to benefit the Garden Grove Friends of the Library.
