Burroughs 1, Notre Dame 0--Malia Sullivan pitched her second no-hitter this season for the Indians, striking out four in a nonleague victory at Olive Park.
Sullivan (7-6) walked one batter, in the first inning.
Sara Larquier hit a home run in the first inning for Burroughs (9-7).
Canyon 1, Valencia 0--Ashlee Nava scored on a fielder’s choice in the fifth inning of a Foothill League game at Canyon.
Shiloh Klein (7-2) pitched a three-hitter and and struck out one for Canyon (12-7, 2-2).
Crescenta Valley 26, Pasadena 0--Meredith Cervenka and Kris Franks combined on a five-inning no-hitter for the Falcons (15-1, 3-0) in a Pacific League game at Crescenta Valley called due to the 10-run rule.
Cervenka (15-1) struck out eight three innings, stretching her state record to 283 innings without an earned run.
Franks struck out two and walked none.
Mel McCauley had six RBIs with a two-run home run, a two-run double and a two-run single. Cervenka hit a grand slam.
Hoover 24, Muir 0--Evelyn Crowder had four hits and six RBIs in a Pacific League game at Hoover that was halted in the fifth inning because of the 10-run rule.
Cori Herbert added three hits and four RBIs for Hoover (5-7, 0-4), which scored 11 runs in the third and and 11 in the fourth.
Herbert (7-7) pitched a one-hitter, striking out 11.
Saugus 5, Dana Hills 1--Megan Ivey (4-1) pitched a four-hitter with three strikeouts and no walks, and Jackie Lowzik had a run-scoring single for Saugus (12-6) in the Woodbridge tournament.
