Ryan Wilber, a first-team all-county guard from Brea Olinda High, has signed a letter of intent to attend Humboldt State, the school announced.
Wilber averaged 13.2 points and three assists in helping the Wildcats to the Orange League title. He will join Marina’s Dustin Kaatz at Humboldt. Kaatz, another all-county choice, signed this month.
Humboldt State plays in the Division II Pacific West Conference.
* Concordia has announced that Chris Picana of Chino Hills Ayala High, the most valuable player of the Sierra League, has committed to play men’s basketball. A 6-foot guard, Picana averaged 12.6 points and 4.6 assists.
