The City Council, meeting Tuesday, will consider conducting a public hearing on whether the property at 18422 Santiago Blvd. constitutes a public nuisance. The city has received several complaints about the deteriorated condition and appearance of the abandoned house. The council meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at 17855 Santiago Blvd.
