Yorba Linda Country Club golfers will get a new golf cart crossing on Parkside Drive between Foxfield Lane and Country View Drive. The City Council recently approved the crosswalk in a unanimous vote, following a request from Tim Hughes, general manager of the club.
City staff members recommended the crossing be installed, noting that between 125 and 150 carts cross at that spot every day. The crossing will cost $300.
