Jack Clement, principal of El Toro High School in Lake Forest, has been named Secondary Principal of the Year by the Assn. of California School Administrators.
To be eligible for the award, candidates must show a commitment to educational quality and student achievement, exceptional leadership in managing school programs, strong support for the school management team, commitment to professional growth, and creativity and innovation in dealing with issues and problems facing public education.
