Proponents and opponents of the Hillside Heritage Initiative must file their written ballot arguments no later than noon today at the city clerk’s office at City Hall, 1 Civic Center Circle.
The Hillside Heritage Initiative would require local voter approval of significant developments in the Carbon Canyon area and the hills north and east of the city.
The written arguments cannot exceed 300 words. Rebuttal arguments cannot be more than 250 words and should be submitted to the city clerk no later than noon Aug. 25.
