The Planning Commission is scheduled to vote today on a proposed 84-unit affordable-apartment complex near Rancho Viejo Road. The $12-million project includes 62 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units and six studios on a 2-acre parcel. Westlake Village-based Willow Partners LLC is developing the project planned for 27191 Paseo Espada. Rents would range from $510 to $920 per month for seniors whose income is less than 50% of the Orange County median income. The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
