The Planning Commission has approved a petition to build an Infiniti car dealership at 28471 Marguerite Parkway. GSM Development LLC is proposing to build a 16,742-square-foot Infiniti sales and service facility on the site of what was formerly the Liquid Lounge nightclub. The proposed dealership will include a two-story showroom, a one-story parts and service building with parking on the roof, and a decorative clock tower.
The commission granted the permit to GSM with the conditions that the clock tower be no taller than 40 feet and that a number of other issues, such as on-site parking, be dealt with to the satisfaction of the planning staff.
