The Planning Commission and Design Review Board postponed a decision on Treasure Island’s tentative tract map Wednesday night, sending the proposal back to the developer for clarification.
The committees will vote Feb. 16 on the proposed 30-acre resort, located in South Laguna, which is being developed by the Phoenix-based Athens Group.
The project includes a 275-room hotel, 17 single-family homes, a 14-unit condominium complex and a restaurant, and could open within two years if plans are approved.
