Karch Kiraly of San Clemente and his playing partner, Brent Doble of Dana Point, are among three U.S. men’s teams to win FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour matches Wednesday and advance in the $300,000 men’s and women’s Mexico Open at Rosarito Beach.

Misty May, of Newport Beach, and Holly McPeak are among four women’s teams from the United States to advance to today’s final qualification tournament, which determines the final main-draw berths. The finals are Sunday.
