The San Juan Capistrano cellular imaging systems company said it incurred a fourth-quarter net loss of $3.1 million, or 16 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $2.1 million, or 12 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose to $171,904 from $9,629. For the year, the company reported a net loss of $11.6 million, or 64 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $8.1 million, or 47 cents a share, for 1998. Revenue climbed to $268,720 from $16,823.
