Cable Dispute

* Re “Cable TV Dispute Cuts Off ABC for Millions of Viewers,” May 2: We’ve been cable customers for nearly 10 years. Right now, their prices are higher than DirecTV’s, they offer fewer channels, and just when DirecTV allows local TV stations on their system, Time Warner pulls ABC. The only thing that was keeping us from going satellite was the inconvenience. Are they trying to make it easy on us?
They’re shoving their customers away from them when they offer an inferior product at a greater price. What kind of business training do these guys have?
