Loving San Francisco

Kudos on the excellent edition about, in my opinion, the American city that most resembles Europe (“San Francisco: New Reasons to Love It,” May 7). If someone from a foreign country wants to find out about that city, all they have to do is pick up that edition.
The only downside for San Francisco is that it is becoming out of range to most middle-class Americans. The disparity between the haves and the have-nots is increasing annually. The revitalizing of San Francisco is clearly geared to those who “have.”
