Teaming this New York radio personality-turned-rapper with such hip-hop luminaries as Wyclef Jean, Snoop Dogg and Busta Rhymes was a good idea. Martinez is a decent rhymer with a solid voice, and her high-energy guests add potency to her enjoyable debut album, due in stores Tuesday. The 18 songs traverse mostly light fare, with an emphasis on partying and boasting, a winning combination that she executes effectively.
