From Times Wire Reports
The judge hearing a case against Kennedy family nephew Michael Skakel said he will rule today as to whether Skakel should stand trial for murder.
Two days of hearings were to decide if Skakel should be tried for the killing of neighbor Martha Moxley 25 years ago.
Skakel, the nephew of Ethel Skakel Kennedy, the widow of Robert F. Kennedy, is accused of bludgeoning Moxley to death with a golf club on Oct. 30, 1975, in Greenwich, Conn. Skakel and Moxley were 15 at the time. Skakel has denied any involvement.
