North Hollywood 65, Hollywood 48--Ken Hauser had 22 points and the Huskies won a Sunset Six League game at Hollywood (11-14, 4-6).
Gus Ruiz, Nathan Stern and Josiah James each scored 11 for North Hollywood (18-5, 8-2).
Canoga Park 91, Poly 79--Cecil Brown scored 21 of his 41 points in the first quarter and the Hunters (14-11, 7-3) won a Sunset Six League game at Canoga Park.
Brown made 15 of 23 shots and had 13 rebounds. Maurice Neal made six three-pointers and added 22 points.
Buena 69, Ventura 58--Bobby Meyer scored 19 points and Matt Colton and Roosevelt Bolden each added 14 for the Bulldogs (16-11, 5-4), who won a Channel League third-place playoff at Buena.
Paraclete 65, Village Christian 63--Matt Marquez scored 27 points and Drew Gill added 24 for the Spirits (7-14), who rallied from a 12-point third-quarter deficit to win an Alpha League third-place playoff at Paraclete.
Daryl Ellis scored 20 points for Village Christian (6-19), but was unable to convert a layup that would have tied it at the buzzer.
Nordhoff 69, Calabasas 51--Matt Murphy scored 17 points and the Rangers (13-11, 5-4) won a Frontier League third-place playoff at Nordhoff.
St. Bonaventure 82, Carpinteria 55--Steve Tarin scored 27 points for the Seraphs (17-6, 7-1), who clinched their first outright Tri-Valley League title since 1988 at Carpinteria.
Taft 83, El Camino Real 70--Steve Smith had 34 points and Mustafa Asghari had 23 and the Toreadors (19-6, 8-2) clinched a share of the West Valley League title at Taft.
GIRLS’ BASKETBALL
Simi Valley 41, Royal 26--Teresa Cooper had 18 points and the Pioneers clinched third place with a Marmonte League victory at Royal (16-10, 5-7).
Newbury Park 54, Thousand Oaks 35--Rachel Hever scored 15 points and the Panthers (20-7, 12-0) won their 26th consecutive Marmonte League game at Thousand Oaks.
North Hollywood 70, Hollywood 37--Richelle Sherman had 31 points and 10 rebounds to help the Huskies (16-9, 9-1) to a Sunset Six League victory at North Hollywood and clinch a share of its 15th league title in 18 years.
Grant 66, Verdugo Hills 24--Senior Deja Cruz had 16 points and six steals in her first game since Dec. 20 and the Lancers (17-8, 9-1) clinched a share of their second consecutive Sunset Six League title at Grant.
