Santa Margarita Routs Tustin

Second-seeded Santa Margarita shot 56.5% (26 of 46) and Lenny Collins scored 14 points Thursday in a 66-39 win over Tustin in the first round of the Southern Section Division II-AA boys’ basketball playoffs.

Tustin (11-16) made only four of 22 shots in the first half and fell behind, 33-11. Santa Margarita is 22-4.
