Division Semifinals Set to Begin Tonight

Championship Division semifinals in the City Section boys’ and girls’ basketball playoffs will be played tonight and Saturday at Los Angeles Southwest College, according to a revised schedule released by the section Thursday.
In the boys’ playoffs, top-seeded Westchester plays fourth-seeded Crenshaw tonight at 8. Second-seeded Fairfax plays third-seeded Fremont on Saturday at 4 p.m.
In the girls’ Championship Division, second-seeded Westchester plays 14th-seeded Fairfax tonight at 6. Top-seeded and defending champion Harbor City Narbonne plays fourth-seeded Woodland Hills Taft on Saturday at 2 p.m.
All Invitational Division semifinals will be played tonight. Boys’ schedule: Eagle Rock at Jordan and Carson at Narbonne. Girls: Garfield at Woodland Hills El Camino Real and Granada Hills at Marshall.
