Did Anti-Nazi Views Doom 2 Professors?

The two Dartmouth College professors fatally stabbed last month strongly believed that their native Germany should face up to its Nazi past. Robert Tulloch, 17, one of the youths accused in the slayings, reportedly had neo-Nazi literature in his bedroom. But whether the views of Half and Susanne Zantop played a role in their deaths remains an open question.
The Zantops were not so outspoken that they would have attracted the attention of hate groups, a friend said. And friends of Tulloch and James Parker, 16, who have been charged with first-degree murder, said they saw no signs the boys were anti-Semites.
