Dormitory Fire Kills 13 Children, Report Says

A fire at a kindergarten dormitory killed 13 children, the oldest just 4, the official New China News Agency reported.
The blaze in Nanchang, capital of the southern province of Jiangxi, started when a burning coil of mosquito repellent set fire to bedding, the report said.
Seven boys and six girls from the Jiangxi Radio and Television Arts Kindergarten died. Police arrested three supervisors, including one who lighted three coils in the dorm where the fire started, the report said.
