DDi Unit Completes Deal for English Firm

DDi Corp., an Anaheim provider of interconnect services for the electronics industry, said Monday that its European subsidiary completed its purchase of Thomas Walter Ltd., a printed circuit-board manufacturer based in Marlow, England. DDi did not disclose the final price. It earlier had said that its DDi Europe Ltd. would pay $30 million in cash.
