Linebacker Powdrell to Play at Saddleback

Ryan Powdrell, a Times’ All-Star linebacker last season at Mission Viejo High, will play at Saddleback College in the fall, Saddleback Coach Mark McElroy said. Powdrell had committed to Fresno State, along with teammate Robbie Dubois, but did not qualify academically. He is working out with the Saddleback team in summer class.
