Man Guilty in Kidnap, Rape of Girl Met Online

A man was found guilty in the weeklong kidnapping and rape of a teenager he and a female friend had met over the Internet. James Warren, 42, was convicted on all but two counts in a 65-count indictment.
Prosecutor Gregg Turkin said he would likely seek consecutive sentences on all the charges, meaning Warren could face “well into the 300 years to life range.”
Warren and a friend, Beth Loschin, befriended the teenager via the Internet, then traveled to a mall in Wrentham, Mass., kidnapped her and took her to Long Island, authorities said.
