GQ Magazine Names New Publisher

The co-founder of recently shuttered Talk magazine, Ron Galotti, will become publisher of men’s fashion magazine GQ, Conde Nast Publications said.

Galotti, one-time publisher of Mademoiselle and Conde Nast Traveler, will take over as the men’s title contends with an advertising slump and competition. GQ’s total ad dollars fell more than 27% in December from a year-ago, according to Publishers Information Bureau.
