Hearings Set on Plan for Rocketdyne Site

The Department of Energy will hold two public hearings Thursday in Simi Valley to discuss a recently released plan to clean up and close the Energy Technology Engineering Center, a government-owned complex at Rocketdyne’s Santa Susana Field Laboratory.
Hearings will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Grande Vista Hotel, 999 Enchanted Way. Written comments on the government’s draft cleanup plan will be accepted through Feb. 11.
