Long Beach College to Open Hall of Champions

The opening of Long Beach College’s Hall of Champions and induction of its first 12 members takes place at 6 p.m. on July 10 in the gymnasium of the school’s Liberal Arts Campus.
Dinner tickets are $50 per person, and proceeds will go toward men’s and women’s athletics and the maintenance the 2,400-square-foot Hall of Champions, located in the gymnasium foyer.
The inaugural Hall of Champions induction will honor Ron Allice, Susie Atwood, Valerie Brisco, Betty Crilley, Bob Ctvrtlik, Greg Harris, Joe Hicks, Earl McCullouch, John Rambo, Kate Schmidt, George Timberlake and Del Walker.
