* Spoon River Anthology (Theatre West, 3333 Cahuenga Blvd. W., L.A., [323] 851-7977). In Theatre West’s revival of its 1963 musical production that went on to Broadway, occupants of a hillside cemetery reflect on their lives and call down their thoughts to the living. The play is based on Edgar Lee Masters’ poetry. Abbot Alexander, seated, and Lee Meriwether, left, Drew Katzman and Bridget Hanley play up to 18 characters apiece.
