Blasberg Has Lead Entering Final Round

Erica Blasberg of Corona shot a three-under-par 69 to take a three-shot lead entering the final round of the AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions at The Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
She is at two-under 214, with Brittany Lincicome of Pinellas Park, Fla., at 217 and Amanda Blumenherst of Scottsdale third at 220. Alice Kim of Los Angeles and Jane Park of Beaumont had the second- and third-best rounds of the day at 70 and 72, respectively, and are tied for sixth at 222.
In the boys’ event, Taylor Wood of Laguna Niguel had a one-over 73 and is tied for second at 209 with James Vargas of Miami. Randy Lowry of Spring, Texas, who had a 71, extended his lead to four strokes.
Daniel Im of La Mirada is tied for 15th at 218 and Jordan Nasser of Anaheim Hills is tied for 18th at 219.
