Man Allegedly Stabs Sister, Father and Self

A man stabbed his 6-year-old sister and their father Tuesday before turning the weapon on himself, police said.
All three were listed in critical condition.
Paramedics and police were called at 4:28 p.m. to the 100 block of North Avenue 66.
Detectives said Celmar Cabigas, 24, stabbed his sister in the back and stabbed his father in the chest before stabbing himself in the chest.
Cabigas’ aunt said he suffers from depression and hasn’t worked for a year.
