Wind Gusts Knock Out Power for 186,000

Wind gusting to 80 mph toppled trees and cut power to more than 186,000 near Seattle. One person was seriously injured when a tree fell on a car.
Crews had restored power to a small number of people but had trouble keeping up with new outages as the wind continued to rage, power officials said.
