Man Allegedly Molested Boy at Day-Care Center

A 21-year-old man whose mother operated a day-care facility in her home was arrested Friday on suspicion of molesting a child there, police said.
John Carlo Clover allegedly sodomized a 9-year-old boy three years ago, police said. The boy made the accusation this week.
The incident allegedly occurred at the Clovers’ previous Hollywood residence in the 5800 block of La Mirada Avenue, which at the time was used as a day-care center, police said.
Investigators said they believe that other molestation incidents might have occurred at the home from 1997 to 1999. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (213) 485-4302.
