Updating the Cabinet

Now that the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are over and the Department of Homeland Security is up, running and well-funded, perhaps it’s time to update the other Cabinet functions:
Secretary of State-Building; inquisitor general; secretary of Offense; and Environmental Destruction Agency.
