Placement of Pedophile Priest Raises Questions

Parishioners at a midtown church want to know more about a decision to relocate a priest here six weeks ago from Oregon after he acknowledged sexual misconduct with minors.
Catholic church officials have since removed Father Gus Krumm from St. Francis of Assisi parish. But some members of the congregation said after Sunday services that they do not understand the decision by church officials to allow the priest to come to live near an adjoining school and why the local diocese was not told of his past.
