Disney Adds Lobbyist for Regulatory Issues

Walt Disney Co. is beefing up its Washington office with a new lobbyist, Troy Dow, who will focus on copyright legislation and other regulatory issues.
Dow, who previously worked for the Motion Picture Assn. of America on technology and Internet matters, takes over as Disney continues to spearhead efforts to persuade Congress to impose new technological standards on electronics manufacturers to combat online privacy.
