Author Adeline Yen Mah to Discuss Works at UCI

Author Adeline Yen Mah, whose autobiographies about growing up in China are the focus of Orange County’s Read One Book literacy program, will talk about her work Monday at UC Irvine’s Student Center.
Yen Mah’s “Falling Leaves” and “Chinese Cinderella” revisit a childhood of abuse.
The event, from 6 to 8 p.m., is free, but reservations must be made by calling (949) 824-4651.
