Homes Will Replace City’s Largest Hotel

Hyatt Rickeys, the city’s largest hotel, is to be demolished and replaced with 200 homes.
The development is expected to consist mostly of townhomes, with some single-family residences.
Hyatt said the hotel was no longer profitable, blaming the economy and declining travel.
