Mylan Subpoenaed in California Price Probe

Mylan Laboratories Inc., the second-largest U.S. maker of generic drugs, said its drug pricing was being investigated in California.
The company got a subpoena from the California attorney general’s office seeking information on marketing practices and price reporting for several drugs, Canonsburg, Pa.-based Mylan said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Mylan and other generic drug makers are the subject of a similar investigation by Florida Atty. Gen. Charlie Crist.
