Libya has agreed to pay $35 million to more than 160 victims of the 1986 bombing of a West Berlin nightclub, German and Libyan officials said.
Two U.S. soldiers and a Turkish woman were killed and more than 200 people were injured in the explosion at La Belle, a disco popular with U.S. soldiers. The deal does not cover the U.S. victims, who are represented in separate legal action.
