Motorist Fatally Shot While in His Car

A man was killed Saturday when another man shot him several times from a car next to his, police said.
The shooting happened in South Los Angeles about 1 p.m. in the 3700 block of South La Brea Avenue near Coliseum Street, said LAPD Officer Don Cox. Two men in a gray Oldsmobile Cutlass with a burgundy top pulled up alongside the car of the victim, in his 20s, and fired, Cox said.
