Fullerton Man Identified as Driver in Fatal Crash

A man who died Monday after crashing his pickup truck into a parked vehicle in Buena Park has been identified as Kenneth Chapman, 39, of Fullerton.
According to witnesses, police said Tuesday, Chapman was speeding and driving in an erratic manner on Los Ranchos Drive near Valley View Street at 6:54 p.m. Monday when his truck hit the rear of a parked pickup.
He hit the windshield and suffered massive head and facial injuries. Paramedics took him to West Anaheim Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
